Chives and blossoms will be used to make Cottage Cheese Dill bread with herbed butter soon.
Dice 6 cups rhubarb. Add one 15-oz can undrained crushed pineapple, 4 1/2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil then simmer until sauce consistency. Sterilize jars. Add 1 3oz package jello to hot sauce. Stir until dissolved. Ladle into hot jars. Makes ~7 cups.
