After the Rain 5/27/18

Breakfast.  Chowing down on cantoon.
Now sprayed with deer and rabbit repellent.

Siberian Iris with creeping sedum in background.

TY Maizie

Largest hosta:
Once upon a time bartered with Chinese lanterns.
Flowers are beautiful too.  Like mini Easter lilies.  Self seeding.

Woodland garden:
Visited by deer more than once already.

Still enjoying wisteria.  Will bloom again come July.

Hosta.  Love variegated plants.  So do deer.  :-(

Perennial bachelor buttons from Aunt Sophia:

Self seeding California poppies, I believe:

Dark purple bearded iris' expected this week:
Planted in same bed as orange poppies which bloom at the same time.
Purple and orange is my fav color combo in the garden.

This dish garden was wintered over in garage.

North side of garage - rhodo and azaela:

 Rosa

Ajuga under pine.

Hosta foreground.  Day lilies behind.

Center of herb garden, which is shaped like wagon wheel.

Euphobia under red maple.

And the gifts given this month:
I am blessed.

I will send down showers in season;
there will be showers of blessings.
Ezekiel 34:26
